Nearly a lifetime in the industry. Founder and CEO Troy Eberly mowed lawns with his brother and sister through out their teen years in Hartville OH. At age 19 Troy purchased that small business from his father. Five years later that business was sold and a business of buying and selling used golf course equipment began. Fast Forward to 2006. An outdoor power equipment store was purchased. Many very good mower brands have been sold and serviced from the store over the years but doing more than mowing with a single power unit was a fairly constant background thought for Troy. He comments, “knowing and using skid loaders and Steiner and Ventrac machines just always had me wondering….what if?” Almost four years ago now the timing was right to begin some prototype work. Troy credits some great employees and especially his wife, Kara's abilities managing the dealership and their home as a major turning point. This freed him up to spend massive hours pursuing the idea. Troy says “The biggest key though was realizing I wasn't chasing the idea at all, it was in fact the Grace of God that was showing me and directing me how to do things. All Glory belongs to him.” Troy is also thankful to his mother and father for a  Christian upbringing and especially for his Father's willingness to take the time to teach him shop skills early in life. Dad still asks almost daily, "Is there anything I can do for you?" What a blessing, Troy reflects
